Flamebond
A range of non-combustible adhesive / sealants for fire protection applications
- Non-combustible to EN1351-1 Class A1
- Forms a strong rigid bond
- Temperature resistant up to 1000°C
- Will comply with BS 476 : Part 4

- Available in 5, 20 litre containers & 300ml cartridge (dependent on product)
Details
A non-combustible High Temperature Adhesive/Sealant for bonding low porosity surfaces and for general sealing and repair work where high temperature resistance >1000°C is required. Will comply with BS 476: Part 4 / EN13501-1 Class A1 Non combustibility test for materials and ideally suited for the resistance to the spread of flames. Supplied in 5, 20 litre containers & 300ml cartridge (Flamebond Grade 9).
Grade 1 – Clear water like consistency for use with spray or dipping application.
Grade 4 – For use with brush or spreader.
Grade 9 – For use with trowel or cartridge gun application.
Applications
Fire / flame resistant applications where non-combustibility is a criteria, i.e. Construction, Fire Door manufacture, Panel Assembly etc.
